Shimon Tobolsky, RPA-C
Shimon Tobolsky, MPAS, RPA-C, graduated from The Catholic Medical Centers Physician Assistant Program, New York City, in 1998 and completed his Masters In Physician Assistant Studies in 2001 from Nebraska Medical College while working full time in Family Medicine. Shimon (as he prefers to be addressed) has a degree in Cytology after graduating from Albany Medical Center School of Cytotechnology in 1994. He also holds a Masters Degree In Mechanical Engineering from Tula Polytechnic Institute In Russia.
Shimon joined The Endocrine Group in 2003, where he is currently working under the supervision of Dr Jay Watsky.
Shimon is seeing patients for evaluation and treatment of various endocrine disorders as well as offering Primary Care to some currently enrolled patients only. He is providing Medical care to patients with glucose metabolism problems, such as hypoglycemia and diabetes (type I and II as well as gestational), the whole spectrum of thyroid disorders, osteoporosis and calcium metabolism Issues, including hyperparathyroidism, pituitary and adrenal problems, polycystic ovary syndrome, hyponatremia, hypogonadism, gynecomastia, galactorrhea, primary and secondary hypertension, hyperlipidemia and other common endocrine disorders.
