Dr Watsky receives Endocrine Certification in Neck Ultrasound:

Endocrine Certification in Neck Ultrasound is a professional certification for endocrinologists who perform diagnositic evaluations of the thyroid and parathyroid glands through use of ultrasound and ultrasound-guided needle aspiration. The ECNU credential signifies that an individual has passed a comprehensive cerfication exam and a review of images and reports called the Validation of Cempetency Process. The ECNU designation was granted August 2009 and requires re-certification in ten years. Dr Watsky has been performing ultrasound exams and using ultrasound to guide fine needle aspirations of lesions in the neck since 1997. The ECNU credential designation has become available only since 2008 and Dr Watsky is one of the first in the country to be granted this designation.
