About Non-covered services

Some of the services we provide are valuable but are not covered by insurance.  There may be a fee for completing forms for life or disability insurance, school or camp physicals, etc.  In addition, we charge a nominal fee for failing to keep a scheduled appointment.  We have invested in an automated system to call with a reminder about scheduled appointments, but ultimately we found that many people would still “no-show” until we introduced this policy.  When you make an appointment to see a provider it is a contract.  We reserve that time exclusively for you.  If you are unable to make a scheduled appointment, please just call to re-schedule at a more convenient time and allow that available time slot to be offerred to someone else who may need it.
